This project involved crafting an engaging and informative handbook for Like-Minded, a company specializing in developing and implementing learning solutions. The handbook aimed to assist employees in seamlessly integrating into the organization, offering a comprehensive guide to company policies and culture. As the graphic designer, I was tasked with creating an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly handbook that encapsulated the essence of Like-Minded.

Project Overview
Like-Minded's mission is to revolutionize learning experiences, focusing on the well-being of both people and the environment. This handbook was a crucial piece in achieving that mission. It not only provides essential information but also reinforces the company's culture and core values. It serves as an introduction to the organization's policies, values, and the positive atmosphere within Like-Minded. The handbook was designed to complement the company's identity. We aimed for a modern, clean, and professional look, using clear typography and visually appealing illustrations that were both informative and engaging. The document features the company's core values, guidelines for workplace safety, emergency procedures, work hours, leave policies, and much more.
Design Process
Using Adobe InDesign for layout, I incorporated custom illustrations and graphics that conveyed a sense of approachability and professionalism. The design elements were carefully chosen to resonate with the readers and make the content more accessible. I employed a cohesive color palette that aligned with Like-Minded's branding, combining subtle shades of blue and green to create a calming and trustworthy atmosphere while ensuring readability. The choice of fonts, styles, and layout was optimized for clear communication and easy navigation.
Implementation
The handbook was designed with a print-first approach, considering the practicality of its usage. It was structured logically with a table of contents for easy reference. It is printable and distributable in both physical and digital formats, and accessible within the company intranet. The final result was a polished and approachable handbook that captures the essence of Like-Minded.
